— the younger wynthrox, an aspiring leader —

Trine Wynthrox, younger brother to Arzanium Wynthrox and currently the leader of their found Wynthrox Knight Squadron.. Or simply put, the Wynthrox Squad or Knight Squad. Both brothers were born into a simple farming life. Where Trine was fine doing work on land, his brother aspired for higher heights, especially once their uncle Achilles Wynthrox became hand of the then-ruling king. Both brothers witnessed indirectly how their uncle's life flourished, who'd often send gifts and riches back home in order for their family to prosper. It wouldn't take long for Arzanium to pick up a sword and start training with it, and Trine was happy to watch and be impressed. As they grew older together, Arzanium became Trine's role model, and soon they wanted out of a farmer's life in order to do good for justice.

With mostly their mother's support, and eventually father's, Trine and his older brother would go out on ventures to help out the innocent. Hundreds upon hundreds of folks were helped in the years that the brothers grew up, and they grew truly inseparable throughout it. Once Arzanium was old enough to move out, Trine wished to come with him. After much reluctance from their parents, it was eventually agreed upon and the brothers settled for an old castle's ruins. It took a year for them, along with the help of their family, to set up the base. After that, it wouldn't be long until the two brothers would officially form a group and join the guild their uncle worked at.

Once Raptor had joined the brothers as a seemingly lost stray, Trine would soon befriend him and they'd become the bestest of friends. The three were an unstoppable force when Raptor officially became part of their squad, and it was at this point their group became more known in the guild as well. Trine would become truly proud of his older brother, despite still seeing him as an inspiration, once Arzanium returned from his 'death' along with Pallas and Excalibur. The latter, would form a trio of idiotic best friends along with Trine himself and Raptor.

It would be nearly two years after that, when Arzanium would officially assign Trine as the new leader of the Wynthrox Squad. Trine initially didn't feel ready whatsoever, but accepted nonetheless. Along with his older brother's guidance, Trine would slowly learn to be a great leader for the others, while recruiting more knights as they went along in life. The younger Wynthrox saw his brother grow up from a potato-picking farmer's child, to a knight fighting wholly for justice, to a person capable of things beyond their understanding. Trine will never stop being proud of his brother, but to this day he can't help but wonder if he'll ever achieve the same. The knight is aware he's got plenty left to learn still, despite being the Wynthrox Squad's leader for quite a few years already. It still silently eats away at him a little, and he's gotten into a huge fight with his brother before, once he discovered that he was Arzanium's second choice to be leader. However, in time of doubt, Trine always still turns to his brother for advice and grand decisions. He hopes one day he can do that thinking by himself.

During one of their adventures, a year or two ago, Trine would stumble upon a flooded village, and witness a very special someone there for the very first time. The moment Trine saw an elemental out of this world, he was in awe. It would take a while for him and Ameris Cylyrin to get acquaintanced, but without doubt, when word came out of their feelings, both were on cloud nine.

Despite having gone on countless adventures since over a decade ago, Trine is still as passionate and adventurous as he was on his first day. Trine, despite doubting himself at times, will never lose his spark to do good for the innocent, wanting to follow his brother's example. He knows he's supported by everyone part of their squad, and Trine couldn't be happier doing anything else in his life.

— END OF DAWN ARC —

Trine's leadership skills have never been tested as much as they have during the End Of Dawn. With the majority of folks bickering or running around like headless chickens on a new strange planet, Trine teams up with Syrinq to set up a safe base for everyone. While Trine is initially quite overwhelmed by the amount of people present, he eventually gets the hang of it and assigns tasks and chores to everyone effortlessly. The more days pass, the more Trine gets used to managing an entire group of allies, old enemies and strangers, trying to keep everyone's spirits up also. It gets more hectic when the first few demons are encountered, Trine making sure everyone's prepared and geared as much as possible. The knight gets more confident with his leadership skills, seeing his older brother witness this and grow more proud of him too.

It goes heavily downhill however, when Arzanium's life is taken by a ginormous demonic centaur during the final confrontation against the enemy. Pallas completely loses it, and so does Trine. Nearly losing the love of his life, Ameris, to the demons also, Trine swears to let no one else fall. The knight keeps fighting and makes it out alive, but the entire world suddenly just became a million times more uncertain. Arzanium's guidance and brothership had always been a vital part of Trine's life, and just with one battle it was taken from him. Trine felt completely lost, not knowing what to do but to follow his allies into battle to protect their homelands.

Every event during the End Of Dawn after Arzanium had died, was frankly not remembered much if at all by Trine. He was consumed by grief just as much as Pallas was, and they tried to keep one another together until the end. In-between the hectic fights against fending off demons, they bonded more and finally felt like they were close family. In the time his brother was gone, Trine was forced to come to terms that he was truly alone. His brother, his friend, his guide and his rock were gone, and Trine had to learn to become those things to himself in an incredibly short time. If he didn't catch up, he himself would have perished to the demons, refusing to give everyone else more grief. Everyone was overjoyed with tears when the overlords of the universe resurrected Arzanium, as a blessing for his help throughout all this. The first people to crush him with all their love once he came back, were Pallas and Trine.

After finally going home and being able to return to the norm of living, Trine was sat down with Arzanium and had a long talk. His older brother, always proud of him, told him that the End Of Dawn by no doubts had changed everyone. Arzanium reassured Trine however, that he had changed for the better, hoping to take the things he learnt with him onto his path. Trine took this to heart, and stayed the more confident leader he'd slowly become. Trine assigned Syrinq as his right hand though, just in case. And he also got together with Ameris, because he realised he actually couldn't live without her. Keeping everyone together with his high spirits and determination, the knight truly wishes the best for his allies. Finally fully proud of himself, Trine leads his group as self-assured as Arzanium once did.
