Infamously known as Hell 's Emperor, Rastakhan brought an age of fortune to demonkind in the Abysswalker Galaxy before his passing. He was the first to establish some kind of order in Abysswalker, whereas before demonkind existed chaotically without any rulers and boundaries. Through his demonic powers growing more powerful as he resided in Abysswalker, he gained influence and a title. Demons wouldn 't dare defy Rastakhan and couldn 't do anything but follow him in his shadow. Rastakhan made his followers aim for them to escape Abysswalker, take over the galaxies and eventually the universe, leaving nothing else behind. The draconian was also the first to successfully have a child with another demon, with the offspring surviving the demonic wave that would wipe out Rastakhan and the mother.

Rastakhan 's roots lie elsewhere than Abysswalker or the underworld, though. The demon 's origins lie in the Kepler Galaxy, where the Pantheon faction resides on the planet Aeon. He used to fulfill the title as the God of Destruction, which was one of the most important roles, and thus he was regarded as truly important to the Pantheon. This, however, came with a price. Rastakhan poured out his soul to fulfill his title, which meant inevitably, causing utter destruction with his fire powers. In turn it caused imbalance to the Pantheon, the Kepler Galaxy and even the galaxies around it. This imbalance brought up the Divine Divide, with deities siding with Destruction or the other side, Creation. The divide got so bad, a war between the gods came out of it. The Pantheon has and always had been rather peaceful, and this Divine Divide was threatening to tear it apart in all its glory. In the end, during a final battle between the two sides, with Creation having the huge upper hand, Rastakhan was stripped of his divine powers and banished from the Pantheon. 

The draconian ended up in Abysswalker, where as time went by, he 'd grow more demonic features and learn how to use demonic powers. His shining silver features would grow darker, turning out to be more dull grey, and Rastakhan grew a sharp set of fangs and claws as well. His well-known bright golden fire attacks and markings on his body, would slowly fade over to crimson red as the banished deity spent longer and longer in the demons ' hellscape. And as he did live there longer, his influence rose in Abysswalker, and soon he would be called Rastakhan, Hell 's Emperor by demonkind. He created order where there was none, and was acclaimed ruler of Abysswalker, giving the demons a purpose other than roaming aimlessly in the prison of hell. Rastakhan swore revenge upon the Pantheon faction and the universe, to prove that destruction and chaos were inevitable.

The Emperor of Hell grew an army of demons, in preparation for when the time came. Unfortunately, Rastakhan was never able to complete his army and fulfill his oath of revenge, for a demonic wave would cause him and the current generation of demons to be wiped out. But.. Fortunately enough, as the lunar eclipse was high up in the sky, Rastakhan 's partner, a demon made of shadowy torns, bore their child before it was too late. In order to continue his reign, Rastakhan spawned a protective ring of fire around the newly-born entity of power. Illenium's parents last glimpse would be of a bright green fire, knowing fully well this child would grow out to be incredibly powerful, as they were wiped out by the new surge of demons escaping from hell.

END OF DAWN ARC

Illenium turns into an unstoppable force when the End Of Dawnis ongoing. Devouring galaxy after galaxy with her demons, she grows so powerful she 's on par with divine beings. She gains skills and powers that no demon could ever fathom of having. Being so immensely powerful, she 's able to summon Rastakhan 's spirit and revive him, to double the chaos reigning over the universe.

Rastakhan goes the opposite way of Illenium 's, with a portion of the demon army to consume the universe at a quicker pace than Illenium did on her own. Whilst Rastakhan grows powerful as well, he by far doesn 't reach the heights Illenium has reached. He 's nearly got the Pantheon faction pinned down to consume, before it all ends in a silent whisper. As if nothing had happened, Illenium, Rastakhan and the entire demon army are banished to their own pocket dimension with the snap of a finger, restoring the universe to its former glory, and the demons left famished for eternity.

A second chance will come, but for now, the demons roam restlessly inside their little world, hidden away by the Overseers of the universe. Slowly building up their army once again, Rastakhan will be ready to attack whenever the time comes. Just like his daughter, Rastakhan doesn 't plan on failing once again.
